When I first started competing in Long Drive Tournaments I used Name Brand drivers that everyone is familiar with. I could never quite figure out what was wrong until I used a driver from one of the smaller component companies. The difference was shocking. I immediately gained 25 yards through dramatically lower spin rates which gave me increased carry distance and accuracy. This remarkable difference led me to design the ES450 which I use personally in competition to win.
